FPL Elite

“This is a very good book - concise, informative, interesting and insightful. It will help those venturing into the world of FPL for the first time, though its real strength is opening the door for experienced players to reach the next level. Containing the secrets and styles of some of the best FPL managers around, the key is identifying which of those managers align most with your own style and refining your own play with the mastery they impart. Many writers would fall into the trap of overwhelming the reader with data and information, but Matt straddles the line of statistics and story well, adding great context to the Elite managers with anecdotes of his own FPL mishaps. If you want to raise your FPL levels from good to elite, this book is worth your time.”

“As an avid FPL manager (initially commencing my love of the game when it appeared in the ‘Daily Telegraph’ back in the nineties), I felt it was time to ‘up my game’ for the forthcoming 2024-2025 season. This led me to read this entertaining yet informative book. I thoroughly enjoyed reading how other managers approach each season gleaning an understanding of how ‘elite’ managers tackle their FPL season. The profiles were particularly insightful - it was interesting to read about their different styles when planning forthcoming fixtures. I will definitely take away top tips such as ‘fixtures over form’ and planning far enough ahead. Overall, a fantastic, must-read for fellow FPL enthusiasts! 5*”
